Before ordering our products through the site, please familiarize yourself with the terms of delivery and payment and choose a convenient way for you.

After placing the order on the site, our manager will contact you in the near future and will make a reservation on the order, and will also match your additional wishes. An email confirmation of the order will be sent to the email indicated at the time of registration.

Local pickup (Kyiv)

The Kiev self-service station runs from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. On weekends and holidays we do not work.

Ordering registration on the site you can pick up at the address: Kiev, street. Konstantinovska, 2A, office 400.

You can pay the order in cash upon receipt. VISA / Mastercard card when making an order; subscription to Privat Bank card.

Courier delivery (Kyiv)

This is done only within Kyiv, on working days from 9:00 to 18:00. Delivery time from 1 to 3 business days.

Please, for a timely confirmation of delivery by the courier, contact us for your contact number.

Before delivery, our managers will necessarily agree with you delivery details, and our courier will call you in advance!

You can pay for the order using VISA / Mastercard cards when making an order; subscription to Privat Bank card; cash by handing it to the courier during delivery. The courier will give you a merchant receipt.

In addition, the cost of delivery is paid by the courier.

Delivery cost is:

order for the amount of up to 800 UAH — delivery 80 UAH;
order for the amount more than 800 UAH — delivery is free of charge.

Delivery by “Nova Poshta”

The delivery period of your departure from “Nova Poshta” to your destination usually takes no more than 3 business days.

The next day after the order is made, we will send the delivery to “Nova Poshta” company for delivery. After this, the carrier will notify you of the exact dates and time of arrival of the goods to your destination.

You can pay for the order in cash at the “Nova Poshta” office, which includes: the cost of the order + the cost of delivery + the cost of money transfer to us by order (the cost of money transfer is 20 UAH + 2% of the value of the goods). In order not to pay for the transfer of money to us, you can pay the cost of the order with VISA / Mastercard cards when making an order or transfer money to Privat Bank card. In this case, you pay only the amount of your order and the cost of delivery in the department of “Nova Poshta”.

Payment is made after checking the parcel for the compliance of the order and the merchant receipt. We draw your attention that when you receive a parcel in the company of the carrier and payment, you sign an acceptance certificate, which confirm the fact of checking the parcel for the conformity of your order, and also agree with the appearance of the goods and have no claims to the Internet store and the carrier company.

Pay attention! The order is stored in the warehouse of the transport company no more than 5 working days, after the expiration of this term is sent back. When receiving an order in the department, the recipient must show the identity document.

Delivery by “Ukrposhta”

Subject to delivery of the order by Ukrposhta, it will be sent the next day after registration. Delivery to Ukrposhta takes from 1 to 3 days.

You can pay for the order in cash at the Ukrposhti office, which includes: the cost of the order + the cost of delivery + the cost of transferring us money for ordering (the cost of money transfer is 1% of the amount of the order, but not less than 5 UAH). In order not to pay for the transfer of money to us, you can pay the cost of the order with VISA / Mastercard cards when making an order or transfer money to us on the Privat Bank card. In this case, you pay only the amount of your order and the cost of delivery in the Ukrposhta branch.

Pay attention! The order is stored in the warehouse of the department for 5 days, starting from the 6th day, a fee of 3 hryvnias is deducted. 80 kopecks for each next day of storage. You pay these services! Only the person indicated in the transport declaration as the payee can receive an order. You must have a document certifying your identity.

Delivery orders through Ukrpost are accepted according to the carrier’s schedule. You can find the schedule of the company on its official website. You can also track the delivery status of the order using the special Ukrposhta service on the company’s website.

When ordering on weekends and holidays, orders will be processed on the next business day.
